I 100% agree that we need to be as invested in BIPOC missing people. The only reason I even became interested in following this story because of the similarities between GP and BL relationship to my first one with my first husband, who if the circumstances lined up might have done a similar thing to me. Don’t underestimate how many women have gone through something similar sadly and why so many of them ate quick to believe GP was abused and BL is trash. That’s part of the draw of the story, the relatability of it. Which is a very sad testimony about our society and it’s relationship with women and DV. [/quote]
