I can't post this image. no idea why. dang!

Did you see photo of Dog the Bounty Hunter at BL door? Go Dog!

Here’s a video of Dog explaining why he got involved and where he thinks Brian is at.

Wish people like him would be out helping all the other families of missing or murdered people and not just the ones who make national news.

Feel the same way and even with John Walsh. I have great respect for John Walsh, but question why he is throwing all his attention and resources into this one case. I hope it’s not just for the publicity, but sure looks like it.

It's disgusting frankly. Even this thread is 100s of pages.

All because his victim was a pretty blond.

The thread about the California family is over 200 pages long and the female was not white at all.

OP here -

Gabby Petito’s funeral was today. May she RIP and for all those who downplayed the thread or concern for her safety - I hope you at the very least re-think your positions in the future.

Had he been another race I highly doubt he’d have been given the benefit of the doubt with the 1st police stop or after that.

I 100% agree that we need to be as invested in BIPOC missing people. The only reason I even became interested in following this story because of the similarities between GP and BL relationship to my first one with my first husband, who if the circumstances lined up might have done a similar thing to me. Don’t underestimate how many women have gone through something similar sadly and why so many of them ate quick to believe GP was abused and BL is trash. That’s part of the draw of the story, the relatability of it. Which is a very sad testimony about our society and it’s relationship with women and DV.

Thank you for saying this.

I'm the one who wrote the bolded, and I said nothing about her looks, just that she made national news. I think PPs are right about something like this needing "a hook" to keep it interesting. Nobody cared about human trafficking of black women, for example, until R. Kelly was the one doing it.

The Dog the Bounty Hunter/John Walsh involvements are 100% for publicity. When was the last time you heard either of their names? I, for one, forgot about John Walsh, so yeah, he did a good job making himself relevant himself.

Do you not think Dog the Bounty Hunter and John Walsh have brought hundreds, if not thousands, of non-white fugitives on the run to authorities? Please stop. They were probably doing so while you were in diapers.

^^ Meaning, they aren't just interested in trending white folk.

I wonder if hound dogs could smell the van, then search the AT. Especially in GA and NY.

Sad. It when was the last time you posted a picture of the funeral of a Black girl? Or any POC for that matter??

Only reason for this thread is she was white and pretty.

I think BL probably went into a swamp and took a bunch of pills. Slid into the water to let the swamp creatures do their thing. Not giving anyone the satisfaction of putting a period at the end of this story.

This thread resonated because she could have been anyone’s daughter or granddaughter or sister or friend. I am POC and mom to a similarly aged girl who had an abusive boyfriend. Thankfully, they broke up, but I am scared to think it could have been my daughter.

I think it's disgusting people are jealous of the publicity of a dead blonde girl.

To the ‘white and pretty’ poster, I get it you’re mad. But this girl was killed by her boyfriend in a devastating murder.

If you want to start a thread on a CURRENT missing BIPOC woman who actually has been officially reported missing by family/friends* and could be in trouble - do it. Include pictures. Include where she was last seen. Do something instead of complaining.

*Notice someone reported Kelly Price as ‘missing’ when she was in her home the entire time.

RIP. At least there can be some sort of closure for her family now. It highlights how people portray themselves one way for social media when the reality can be so different. I wonder if either one of them went to college? I read they had been living together for 2.5 years. I will be surprised if they find BL in the swamp.

Brian Laundrie will get what is coming to him.

He is uneducated and has a personality disorder and he is ugly.

In other words he is the typical type that fills the Prison system and his parents are only stalling the inevitable.

For everyone else, take a good hard look and your romantic relationship and- if it is unhealthy to you- take this example on the turning point to leave
