I have a neighbor who's husband is on there over 20 times. I am afraid everyone will be talking about her and her dh behind her back. I am thinking of printing the pages of him on the list and mailing it to her anonymously. What do others think is the best to do.

Only a complete asshole would do this. I'm sure she knows.

Well, the FFX UNDERGROUND site has been taken down so I hope you take that as a sign to MYOFB!

+10000. It's all very amusing until federal Law enforcement gets involved. Then it looks a lot like trafficking in stolen property. Is any of that stolen property stored in your browser's cache? The nutjob who wants to out her neighbor's DH wants to take it a step further and use the US Mail to transport stolen property. Love the ethics at play here.

I don't feel bad for Ashley Madison or anyone on there. They can cry into their rootbeer while listening to cheesy country music all night for all I care.

It's up again. I bet people start making copies of the names. Not sure why it went down.

My neighbor's husband is also on the list many times, and I would never ever dream of telling her! None of my business. None of your business, either. I'm ashamed I even looked at the lists in the first place. Ugh.

According to Dan Savage, we should feel sorry for the innocent cheaters in AM. We all have things floating out there in the Internet we would not necessarily want brought to light. There but for the grace of God go I. That should be the attitude and not all this puritanical busybody BS.

I confronted him last night. I'm devastated. I can't see this going anywhere but divorce. I think he is a sex addict or something.

Stay strong, if you have small kids then please start counseling. Don't start thinking about divorce, if possible try to work things out and hopefully he regrets doing this and learns his lesson. It's hard to raise small kids by yourself, try to keep the family together (I don't mean this as a sexist advise, just practical). Good luck!

Are you kidding PP??? "Try to work things out and hopefully he regrets doing this and learns his lesson"?? Apparently you MISSED the OP (of this post)'s statement that he cheated before and she thought they worked through it! "Don't start thinking about divorce" is the worst advice ever. What's ahead for this poster if she stays with someone so dishonest, disrespectful and awful? Would you or OP really want your own daughters to stay with someone like that if this happened to them? FOR A SECOND TIME??

Agree. DUMP him PP. Yes, divorce is hard. Raising kids as a single parent is hard, but DUMP this sorry excuse for a husband. (And get tested for STDs.) Wishing strength your way.

As much as it would hurt, I'd absolutely want to know if my friend knew someone was cheating on me. And I would definitely tell if I knew a friend's spouse was cheating on them. I've known about cheaters in my circle before, and when the other spouse found out and fount out who knew, both times the wife (it was the husband who cheated) the wife cut off the friends who didn't tell her.

Makes sense to me; who stays friends with someone who knows you're being disrespected and lied to, but doesn't tell you?

My own family knew my H was cheating on me and didn't tell me (my mother had caught him with another woman). This happened 10+ years ago and cannot say I am truly over it... It made me lose faith in everything and everyone. I think they thought they were protecting me...from what? I could have caught an STD and I was pregnant at the time.

I would never tell if I knew someone's spouse was cheating. None of my business, and most men cheat anyway. If every wife could magically know if their husband cheated, most would find that their husbands cheat. If all wives would divorce over it, probably 99% of marriages would end in divorce. I divorced twice over cheating. Now, I've jsut come to realize it's something that just happens. Most do it. I won't even check the AM lists to see if my current DH is on there. What's the use. What would I do if he is? Divorce again? It's just a fact of life.

!!! I would DIE if someone did this to me. I would never be able to leave my house again.

Do not do anything and keep your mouth shut. You shouldn't have been on there in the first place, looking at neighbors.

I'm still in shock that you would think it's a good idea to print out pages and mail them to her anonymously. How hurtful and threatening and low class.

You sound like a horrible person. MYOB and go and read a good book or do something good with your time.

I am on a committee and one of the officers brought it to three members attention that their spouses were on there, in front of everyone. As in she went around the room and said "I didn't find your husband or yours but Larla yours was on there, did you know? Didn't find Jane's....etc.... People are assholes. MYOB indeed.

This. That way she could digest and speak with her cheating huband first. Before she hears it like the above in a committee meeting. The number of people viewing the names is huge. and because of millions of people viewing the names, I could see doing this.

And the number of hookups extremely small as the number of real women on there as opposed to fake profiles, is rather surprising.

I have a small quibble with this. If the lists are only from people who used credit cards then of course there won't be many women. Women don't have to pay anything to use Ashley Madison. The only reason a woman's credit card info would be on file is if she paid to delete her profile when she canceled her account.
