Tell me about the weirdest person/family in your neighborhood

Maybe you are not so serious but it is just interesting what's going over there. On more than one occasion, there has been audible sounds coming from the house like music or amplified voices. Not loud but you can hear something. It is also a little different the way they approach porch lights. Side porch light on, but not the front one, or front one on and but no side one. Maybe it's not signaling something, but definitely seems a little off.

What you are describing sounds totally normal and mundane. Perhaps you are the weird neighbor? Not knocking it, I’m weird too.

We have a guy that is severely mentally ill yet highly functioning. He terrorizes our HOA managers, the board and writes at least 5 emails a day. All lunacy, made up crap, conspiracy theories. He got one management company to quit and now has just succeeded in having another manager quit. He is a menace and is destroying our community.

Can you be sure it is him sending these messages or even having these ideas? Occasionally it could be someone else or there is someone who decides to make a certain move in a particular direction only to prove a point. In this area we have a lot of intelligence assets and people involved in nation security if not law enforcement operations and that can lead to the kind of outcome you are describing. Thoughts?

I live in a large apartment complex with a long parking lot, and for some reason it attracts walkers. Not just the old ladies who are probably afraid to get too far away from their home but also someone who walks there at a fast pace, alone, always with a mask on. Why does she have a mask? Ok maybe allergies… but why doesn’t she take up a more pleasant walking route?
Then there is an elderly lady with a shopping cart, taking things back and forth, who knows what or where. She is always around that parking lot going in different directions - things in the cart seem to be changing but I’ve never seen her drop anything off.
Then there is a large family on the ground floor facing the parking lot - they never bring in things through the doors, always hand it to someone inside via the ground floor balcony/windows. There’s even a little road from the parking spots to their balcony - I haven’t seen them leave this way but I think they might be doing it in the night.
Then there is a lady who leaves the building around 8:30-8:45 am dressed in what looks like office attire, with a binder in her hands, but who also reeks of weed. I’d like to know where she works - she looks like a typical social worker but who knows.
