Then there is a large family on the ground floor facing the parking lot - they never bring in things through the doors, always hand it to someone inside via the ground floor balcony/windows. There’s even a little road from the parking spots to their balcony - I haven’t seen them leave this way but I think they might be doing it in the night.
Then there is a lady who leaves the building around 8:30-8:45 am dressed in what looks like office attire, with a binder in her hands, but who also reeks of weed. I’d like to know where she works - she looks like a typical social worker but who knows.
