Do they cross to the US or from the US to Canada?

From Canada to the US. From the tweet:

"a Border Patrol official writes that the spike is largely Mexican nationals crossing from Canada, that stations are “task saturated” responding to large groups, and it is contributing to gotaways & pedestrian/vehicle incursions.

Who is paying to fly them to Canada in order to enter the US from the north?

The cartels, no doubt, who have made BILLIONS with Biden's pathetic border "policies."

Wasn’t there a story about a republican operation to encourage them to come to cause a “crisis”? Wasn’t that part of the “caravan” drama around the last attempted coup/transition?

Yes - I remember this - and there were Trump associates who flew south right before it started, and the caravans were given maps and instructions and there were clear signs that the caravans were intentionally organized to maximize the humanitarian disaster aspect of it all.

I always wondered where the Biden t-shirts came from.

Another example, sure just pure "coincidence" I'm sure -

Trump advisor Jason Miller flies to Brazil, meets with Bolsonaro - and within days, 15,000 Haitians refugees who had been staying in Brazil are packed up, organized and sent to Del Rio, Texas with funding and transportation and other logistical arrangements for the trip.

Both you and this MSNBC nut are working really hard at spreading rumors.
In two weeks, these Haitians hiked 5,000 miles to our border? Do you know how ridiculous you sound?

Sent doesn’t mean they hiked.

I am sure if they were transported en mass, some enterprising investigative journalist would be able to find the bus/plane/transportation logs and see who is behind the funding.
But that didn't happen because what you have implied is flat out false. Your accusation is FOS.

Of course they didn't hike. It would take something like 3 months walking 24x7 to get from any major populated place in Brazil to Del Rio TX, including having to get through some dangerous roadless areas like the Darien Gap.

No, instead they rode trains, buses and ferries. And yes, it would be good to know exactly who arranged all the logistics and paid the fares.

What actual proof do you have to boldly and confidently assert that it's "flat out false?"

What proof do you have to imply - and in some cases flat out state - that their transport was funded by Republicans?

I don't think anyone "flat out stated" it but there's certainly far more potential motive, strange coincidence and circumstantial evidence to suggest Republicans may have had something to do with it than there is evidence or anything else to support a flat out statement that WAS made above denying that Republicans had anything to do with it.

An NBC News video (here) documents an influx of Haitians making their way north from Panama and other Latin American countries in September 2021. NBC reported that Haitians who had lived for years in other South American counties like Chile and Brazil are deciding to make the journey to the United States because of the pandemic and seeking new economic opportunities.

USA Today reported (here) that many of the migrants currently at the border were likely already in Central America, pushed there over the last decade by natural disasters and political instability in their home country.

A France24 video shows Haitian migrants in northwestern Colombia heading northward (here).

According to the AP, “Nearly all Haitians reach the U.S. on a well-worn route: Fly to Brazil, Chile or elsewhere in South America. If jobs dry up, slowly move through Central America and Mexico by bus and on foot to wait — perhaps years — in northern border cities like Tijuana for the right time to enter the United States and claim asylum.” (here)

Like sure, after years and years of living in Brazil suddenly, thousands of them, all on the exact same week, decided to head to America, and somehow miraculously stumbled upon empty buses, trains and ferries just waiting to whisk them there. What a truly magical week!

There is the fact that the "caravans" only seem to happen when it is convenient for the GOP.

Caravans are no longer a thing. We currently have over 1,000 migrants entering illegally in several sectors. When one months' "encounter numbers" exceeds 250,000, things are out of control.
The caravans are no longer useful to the cartels.

The GOP has zero incentive to fix the border or immigration. With Roe overturned, this is one of the few “problems” that will rally its base of idiots.

Biden and Dems are open to immigration reform; Republicans are not.
