Is anyone following the story of the missing mother of 3?

How do you know she rejected him?

Yeah - this sounds like an assumption.

What are the other reasonable motives?

This is just terrible. So many women killed by their husbands or domestic partners. Why don’t they just divorce them? Their poor children. It’s so tragic. The woman in PA is also missing and has a son.

That's often what creates the most risk of homicide... the wife trying to leave the marriage. It's the most dangerous time for a woman.

+1. I actually think that's what got Ana killed. She bought the new house in DC, new job, she made all the money, and her friends have reported that she had the kids bedrooms all set up in DC. She told him she was taking the kids to DC with her when he eventually reported to prison as they both knew he would.

+1. I think this is exactly what happened.

So sad to think that she stayed just one day too long and now her kids are motherless.

And effectively fatherless too. They are orphans with an older, infirm grandma on one side (who raised a murderer) and their mom's side live out of the country. So so sad.

I would not say "out of the country, " per say.

I mean, the sister lives in Canada which is the same or similar to Boston for all intensive purposes, just with different money.

Serbia. The poster referenced the grandmas, and one lives in Serbia.

Canada. The woman’s sister lives in Canada. And Canada is essentially the same as the USA, just colder. Same culture and language anyway.

Are you thick? Canada is ANOTHER COUNTRY. I'm not saying moving the kids to Canada is impossible, but you can't honestly be so stupid as to think that from a legal guardianship perspective, sending the kids to another country is "essentially the same" as keeping them in the country. You know that they have different laws, different government, different rules for citizenship? Ever heard the phrase "international adoption"? Its not the same as a domestic adoption.

He may have been jealous of her, this happens in certain unhealthy relationships (where the man feels inadequate).

It also seems she was trying to sell her rental properties, possibly to leave him and move to the DC townhouse she recently purchased.

She clearly had no idea how dangerous he was. Otherwise she could have just played along until he went to jail, which he surely would be, and then moved the kids with her to DC. I really just don't see how BW benefitted from killing her, which means he just got mad/jealous and then went crazy. This theory is supported by the fact that he clearly had no real plan.

Not the point. US courts most likely to keep kids in US.

I agree! I think he was jealous of her. She was very pretty and had a lot going for her. She seemed to have a lot of friends and probably a great deal of interest from other men. He was awaiting sentencing of what may have been a prison sentence of a few years and she was probably contemplating how she was going to work and take care of her kids. Perhaps there were friends and/or coworkers who offered assistance. I think he snapped and committed this crime and then tried to cover it up. I think with persistance they will be able to get him to confess eventually.

I believe that to be true as well. The kids will most likely stay in the U.S. I hope they will be able to keep them together though and not separate them. My heart truly breaks for these three boys. They deserved better.

No, the poster referenced the grandmothers. The Serbian-American decedent's mother lives in Serbia. Her sister lives in Canada.

And I think many Canadians would be highly offended by this characterization!

Oh an accomplished doctor, how nice. He probably should have spent less time working and more time raising his children not to be criminals.

He threatened to kill her in 2014, she spoke to DC police about it. She did know he was dangerous.

Shame she married him and had 3 kids very quickly.

He did a long stay in a private psych hospital, he has been unstable for a very long time.

I think he emotionally and physically abused her, she was afraid of him but put up an act around others like every thing was ok. Abusers have a pattern of abusing and being super loving to keep the partner there. The partner thinks they just have to get through the incident and get back to the good times. The partner at first makes up excuses for the abusers behavior, convinces themselves that things are going to get better. Eventually realizes abuser will kill them if they leave. Years if that, with incidents getting increasingly violent, partner finally gets up the nerve to leave, carefully planning it all out without telling abuser. Something sets the abuser off and this time she ends up dead.

She let him know she was going to leave him, or he figured that out, or she just said something that angered him. Maybe he accuses her of something. It doesn’t have to be true for him to believe it, such as an affair. Abusers accuse their partners if stuff all the time. They had been drinking, he’s mentally unstable. He kills her in a fit of rage, not planned. Clean up is poorly done because he’s hungover, didn’t sleep, has got his three kids there, and isn’t supposed to leave his house without permission. Also he probably thinks he’s a lot smarter than he is.

I do t understand why she didn’t just leave him immediately. Still with him 8 years later makes no sense.

It's fox news so read the original documents.
The report doesn't list him. It says "S1" .
The story mentions the investigation didn't happen because victim was uncompetitive- but the date beside this note is January 11, 2023.

If this document is authentic it sounds more like the police didn't follow up.
Why would there be a date for Jan 2023 stating she wasn't cooperative? Cya?
