The story mentions the investigation didn't happen because victim was uncompetitive- but the date beside this note is January 11, 2023. If this document is authentic it sounds more like the police didn't follow up. Why would there be a date for Jan 2023 stating she wasn't cooperative? Cya?[/quote]
