She is a fantastic player too. She was also all met this past year. I predicted her to go somewhere big |
Where was this Prediction Nostradamus? |
| Bold prediction that an underclassman 1st Team All-Met gets recruited to a top school |
|
Pride 24 to Va Tech. Big step as they didn’t get a 23 this early to an ACC school. Maybe the new recruiting director is paying off. Either way, congrats to her.

Didn't realize this was only for Capital commits
She's local. |
| Any PVI 2024 girl commits? |
Surely there will be. The PVI parent in another thread said they were the bees knees in NoVA now. |
Heaven forbid all of my predictions are on this forum. My bad. Freaking Moron. My point was that she is a fantastic player who ended up at a great program. Trying to be positive you troll |
| Recruiting director at Pride still had nothing to do with their recent commit. FACT |
You called someone a Moron and a Troll. I would not say you’re the bastion of positivity. Nevertheless the player discussed is an excellent player. |
| Interesting posts |
| I read these posts and get less optimistic each day about DD getting recruited. She gets emails for general camps but no emails for formal visits. She plays on good club team. Guess that’s not enough. |
It’s still way early in the process. Less than 10% of all who will commit have committed. Most 24s will be committing over the next year. Fall tourneys will be key as a lot of coaches will be expanding their lists based on those. Play well and contact coaches to watch and send them film from the fall. Continue to do prospect days at schools you are interested in (but be realistic about where the chances are). |
| The ones who have not committed have more offers? That seems odd. Is it true the girls who have the offers and committed are the best in the country? Do coaches really care about film? They know who they want already. Not sure at this stage tournaments make a difference. |
Make sure she's reaching out to the schools on her list...and then some. You have to throw out a wide net. |
