Then the kid would be less of a spoiled liar, but that’s not how he, his family and McConnells favorite PR firm roll. |
Apologize for what? I’m sorry that this other man tried to bully me out of the way and lied about it? |
PP here and I meant more like how it would have played out in the media initially. |
It is now known that he lied. |
The school and diocese immediately issued a VERY thorough apology and condemnation of the boys, including suggesting the kids would be expelled for this. Things only got worse from there with the threats of violence and death against the boy. The March for Life also issued a direct apology and condemnation of the boys. All of this was up before the bus was back in Kentucky. The school, diocese and MFL all took down their apologies after unedited, truthful full length videos surfaced. So far none of them have apologized to the students, which is shameful. Those boys and their parents deserve an apology. |

At 0.32 the teen motions to his schoolmate to not argue, he then walks away from Nathan Philips.

I don't think you have seen this video, see at 0.32 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74e6Rvry0KQ |
In another video Nathan Philips does not continue to go forward after this, he turns around and comes back. |
I don't think the kids acted inappropriately. They were doing some school cheers. In a public space. Nathan Phillips pushed in to THEIR thing. He's the one who was inappropriate. Just as he pushed in to the basilica, to be disruptive. https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/nathan-phillips-rally-attempted-to-disrupt-mass-at-dcs-national-shrine-91038
He did it on purpose. You don't get to complain about kids misbehaving when you are the one banging a drum in their face. |
And if the teenagers apologize, they will be painted as guilty. Nope. They need to sue. This media swarm mentality needs to stop now. |
The message from the first poster here is just astounding. She must be consumed by hate. Is this an appropriate reaction for the "crime" of smiling at another? |

Apparently everyone who was there and everyone who wasn't has lied when it comes to this incident. I'm saying that if I were a PR firm I would have advised this kid to be somewhat apologetic. take responsibility for his own actions. I know I know hindsight is 20/20 vision but I can't help but imagine how this would have been spun a few days ago. |
| Phillips is at it again. He's digging a hole he won't be able to emerge from. This is getting fun and I love watching the liberal media spin on this. |
I hope it’s a troll. I just can’t imagine the pure evil soul one must have to think that is in any way acceptable. |
