Not sure she benefitted from it. She likely had to answer her dad as to who the father way, and couldn't pin it on the real father. |
I think Dylan and Erin’s friend were doing something shady and came upon Erin’s body after the murder in the midst of shadiness, ie drug-dealing. Didn’t want to confess as a it would reveal their activity. |
Was her dad a cop too? (and she has his old gun?) |
That sounds plausible. Also she is such an amazing actress. I think she is woefully under used in this show. I hope she gets to be the bad guy just for a good scene between her and Winslet. |
I’m a bit surprised that Mare didn’t run home to see if her father’s gun was still around. I didn’t get a good look at the gun in the tackle box. I wonder if it was the murdur durdur weapon. |

Can someone explain why it’s somehow cool for Mare’s daughter to have sex with someone in college while she’s in high school and the woman in college is seen as a positive character? Have you ever seen a college aged young man portrayed as anything less than a creep for having sex with a high school aged girl?

| Is there any nudity? |
John says to Lori "Billy has confessed to killing Erin and he is Dj's dad" So.. No. Don't think your theory holds, sadly. |
Well clearly the daughter is a senior. I don't think a HS senior and a college student is considered a big deal. Example: Bring it on. Boyfriend is a jerk, but not considered inappropriate. |
I’ve seen movies and films, even in recent times, where the older boy goes off to college and maintains a relationship with the younger girl, who is still in high school but of age. |
Sorry, meant movies and series. |
But would a paternity test differentiate between 2 brothers? |
I was wondering the same. |
What? I didn’t see that scene. |
And he wouldn't have any reason to lie... |
