Annnnnnnd cue the SJC freakout over questioning their rightful place at the top of the DMV............. |
Will debate it after the game tomorrow. Clearly if St. John’s beats them again then there isn’t much to talk about. |
only the debate about ducking Yorktown and who would win that dream matchup |
Yesssssssss, think the SJC coach could be convinced to take on the Yorktown juggernaut? |
St. John’s will be at NHSLS in 2 weeks. Tell them to sign up for the white session and request the matchup. I’m sure it will tough. 🙃 |

Just curious... my sons HS team will be attending the National High School Lacrosse Showcase later month... do most teams bring their current 2021 roster even the kids who just graduated from HS?
Or is the tournament's objective more or less evaluating kids for the Spring of 2022 and hoping they can get some good looks from college coaches? I'm new to this sport and didn't want to email the head coach. Thanks! |
Typically don’t if ever bring graduates. Looking ahead to next year’s team and even offer playing time to underclass kids who missed out on playing time during the previous season. |
| Rumor is SJC goalie transferring to Spalding next year. His club coach is on the staff @ Spalding and they need a goalie |
| Fake news |
Isn’t his dad on the SJC staff? |
McDonough brought 20s last year. Boys Latin, LB, Gilman, Calvert Hall, and SJC did not. The NE schools will bring their new PGs. |
Yes |
Some schools brought 20s last year to give them a last shot at playing after the season was canceled. That was an unusual situation. Before last year, I do not think anyone had brought outgoing seniors. |
All the 2022 Hawks/ SJC kids are transferring to Spalding. Confirmed. |
Spalding was out recruiting right after losing in the Championship. Zero chance St. John’s goalie transfers. |
