--SR -18 vs Episcopal (actual -17) --SSSAS -14 vs Bullis (actual -14) --Visi -8 vs Holy Child (actual -10) --Potomac -5 vs Holton-Arms (actual -7) 3 observations: (1) lines were solid; (2) HC guy was wrong; and (3) gap between top 4 and HC and H-A didn’t close much at all this year despite their boosters hopes |
Visi HC game was much tighter in the first half than the final score would indicate. Hats off to Visi just saying losing their star seniors will bring them back to earth next year. |
Not the NCS goalie dad catching strays |
| score of Ireton game |
You are going to need to wait about 20 hours |
ok. |
+1. Good opportunity for some other schools to step up like NCS etc. |
I commend her. She is a hell of coach and has her priorities straight- FAMILY always comes first. That's the beauty of St. John's as they know what's important in life and could care less about an anonymous forum judging their head coach. SJC follows it's Lasallian principles= The "Lasallian Family" Concept: The tradition defines the school community itself as a family, where relationships are collaborative rather than strictly hierarchical, promoting a sense of belonging and mutual care among staff and students. |
Sounds like the AD is not happy. All the coaches want a bring your kid to work day. |
That is the possibly top 5 dumbest comments on this thread. "No real offensive threats except..." the recognized best player in the country and probably the second best player in the ISL. |
As a WCAC coach yourself, you should have more respect for one of your peers. |
+2 HC and NCS will be playing each other in the championship a week from Saturday. |
Sorry, a year from Saturday I meant to say. NCS and HC are the teams to watch out for after the “big 4” graduate all their talent. |
| I heard the NCS coach is going to put in place her cracker jack organizational structure she leans on to communicate and work with Capital families during recruiting at the AA ISL level. We'll all get to witness transparency, efficiency, no complaining and absolutely never forgetting kids names at the highest level! |
I’ll have to see NCS before I’d go there, but I agree Holy Child has good potential. Their Hero’s and Cap juniors are good, and they’ll be getting back a couple of hurt Cap sophomores, including a good goalie. The current freshman plus the rising freshman are also promising. I’m positive about Holy Child next year. |
