There’s a candidate for AG in MI who says he’ll prosecute women for murder, so there’s that. |
Their religious tyranny is so unpopular all they can hope to do is change the subject to distract people. |
Good they can employ the leaker or send them to live with Snowden to celebrate themselves. |
Because right now the GOP is one incredibly stupid dog with its mouth wrapped around the bumper of a car it’s been chasing for decades. And the driver is getting out with a club. Enjoy, rapepublicans! |
More fun to let mass media rule up everyone into frenzied dogs. |
This ^ Also, pretty funny how anyone on the right is complaining about the leak being a destructive breach of norms. Now, if the opinion was stolen by a third party and released somehow, that is a crime. I support prosecution in that case. But in all likelihood this was an inside job and newsflash: the SCOTUS is literally above the law. They do what they want. A justice could walk a draft down and put it in the mailbox and no one would ever know or be held accountable. What do they care? Lifetime appointments to SCOTUS. |
This poor rural states get much better representation than cities do which obviously benefits the GOP |
Conservative here. The opinion has not been announced by SCOTUS. This is a draft opinion LEAKED from some activist who works at the Supreme Court. The leaker needs to be identified, fired, disbarred (if a member of the bar), and prosecuted if appropriate. This person has caused untold damage to SCOTUS and to this country. But, you probably consider this person a hero. That speaks volumes. |
How things evolve really depends on what happens next. Some sort of legislative protection for abortion is very popular, and republicans are still politicians. Under Roe, there's been little pressure on Republican politicians to support legislative protection. Now that Roe will be overturned, there will be increasing pressure from constituents who were previously silent. Legislative protection for abortion will be much more durable. This is a good development. I don't know why Democrats are so upset. |
Again, what law did the leaker break? |

For our first we weren't actively trying and were on birth control. My cycle was so irregular due to an eating disorder for years that I only got it once every few months. Despite being on birth control ( condoms) And my irregular. I wound up pregnant but didn't know it for 3 months.
We were married and had a very long hard discussion about if we wanted to continue that pregnancy because while we wanted children we were not ready for them at that point. This is a man issue as much as it is a woman's issue and I wish more people would understand and realize that. My husband's trajectory at work had to change drastically if we were to keep pregnancy and he had to determine if that was something he was ready to step up and do or not. |
Ginni Thomas is the most likely suspect. Yes, she has done untold damage to this country and no, she is not a hero. But we knew that before the leak. |
|
That response is asinine at this point. Women will be charged with murder before that happens. They will likely die themselves in botched abortions. |
Nice try. She would not have access to this draft opinion, despite what your delusional thinking says. |
