Also, pretty funny how anyone on the right is complaining about the leak being a destructive breach of norms.

Now, if the opinion was stolen by a third party and released somehow, that is a crime.  I support prosecution in that case.  But in all likelihood this was an inside job and newsflash: the SCOTUS is literally above the law.   They do what they want. A justice could walk a draft down and put it in the mailbox and no one would ever know or be held accountable.  What do they care? Lifetime appointments to SCOTUS.
