They killed a man to make their friends laugh. How twisted is that?

Oh yes we can! It's imperative. Hell the fate of the free world depends on it!

Umm, yeah. It happens to professional and amateur boxer all the time.

First of all, very few people are knocked out by a single punch. And death is rarely the result, even during a boxing match that lasts 30 minutes.

Exactly. That's a pretty clear indication that this man must've had some underlying medical condition that contributed to his falling down after he was allegedly punched. And I'd say that they medical condition is at least as contributory, if not even more so, to him falling down as the punch might've been, if it's confirmed that the blow was even landed with any effect. And even if it was, people -normal healthy people- don't fall down unconscious after being hit ONE time. That's Hollywood stuff. Maybe a trained heavyweight boxer could knock a normal person out with one punch. Does that child look like a trained heavyweight boxer to you?

Because the simple reality is, he probably had a underlying medical condition, and he likely would've fallen down at some point anyway from this condition, and perhaps hit his head then too. And he still would've died from that.

But then we wouldn't have two black children to call murderers, and that's what this is really all about, right trumpers?

You are wrong, factually and medically.

A single punch can kill a person, a healthy person. It is not common but it isn't rare.

Mr Bew said deaths from one punch tended to happen in one of three ways.

Sometimes, as in Robert's case, the blow itself will cause fatal damage to the brain. Alternatively, it could cause a physiological response where people stop breathing and the brain is starved of oxygen.

But in other cases, a punch will cause a person to lose consciousness and strike their head on a hard surface.

The impact is similar to being hit over the head with a block of concrete, Mr Bew said.

I really doubt the BBC is an expert on punches or the racism of Americans

It should be remembered that 99% of the people at the fair that day were busy having fun - riding rides, eating fair foods, playing arcade games, spending time with their friends, spending time with their families.

There is no reason in this world that this group of kids could not have been spending the day having fun, too. Instead they had to bring this hell onto an innocent man. Why?

Folks? There's really just one dipsh!t who thinks that laughing and videotaping is tantamount to ending a human being's life.

She should be indicted. It is garden-variety felony murder rule stuff. Probably good to indict her, get her to flip with a plea deal, and put the direct assailants away for a good long time.

I would bet a lot of money - because I see it DAILY - they will be charged as adults, given some long sentencing term that's announced to the media, and then the judge will 'waive them down' to one of the DJS schools, and they'll only have to do 6-9 months. I work in one of the schools and it's DISGUSTING how many of our kids have been 'charged as an adult' but the judges waive them down to juvenile to serve.

I also work for DJS. They were in one of our facilities, then have been transferred to a differerent/2 different facilities.

I also support 1000% what PP said, they'll be dropped to juvenile. ZERO doubt

In your view, why does this happen? Are judges elected? Clearly, their constituents want more accountability for haneous crimes like this so why do they keep passing the buck?

Usually that is example late term pregnancy you hit with car you are responsible for both the mother AND the unborn child whether you knew it or not when the crime occurred.
In this case there is also premeditation as they planned to film it. Premeditation can be only seconds. With no provocation whatsoever this may escalate to murder 2.

How is this not murder 1? They planned and videotaped this for their own shits and giggles.

I think lesser charge because they did not mean to kill him. So there is premeditation but not intent so that ends up being man slaughter. But likely they won’t serve more than a few months in juvie anyway.

Bond hearing just took place. Boys (who are siblings) will be held until end of next month, according to Frederick News Post.

this is how the system works. drag her in kicking and screaming. Scare the crap out of her make her or her parents pony up money for a lawyer. There is a lesson to be learned... time for the courts to start teaching.
