What going on with Cracker Barrel ?

Right now, anything perceived as "woke" or DEI will provoke a backlash. So, yeah, a POC Ronald would almost certainly cause an uproar.

You mean she might want to get new customers? I have never been to a Cracker Barrel and I’m sure there are plenty of other people like me.

You don't have to like every restaurant. I'm certainly no Cracker Barrel regular--only
sometimes on trips. The point is why make such drastic changes?

What's the drastic change...you mean the logo, the decor? Hardly drastic. Can't it be that they are simply trying to keep up with the times, to modernise, freshen up their look? Not everything has to be about wokeness or some sort of political statement.

Yeah it doesn't make any sense to me. I'm MAGA and see nothing wrong with the rebrand. I didn't like the kind of dusty look they've had, but I overlooked it because the menu rebrand they did many years ago has been great. They have much healthier items now, with things like grilled fish or chicken, veggies, beans, etc. It's a reliable place to get healthy food in the middle of nowhere. I'm ignoring this boycott.

Are you really in it for the fake Ivy leaves and old laundry soap signs? I literally look up every time I'm at a CB and think "do they dust all this crap?" That cluttered look is a strong choice and I suspect many patrons are there in spite of it, not because of it. Even so, it's not woke to renovate. This boycott is fake and hay.
