I am wondering if SV is bi-polar. I have seen this kind of activity from my father who is bi-polar. He would just decide it is time to move, sell the house, and move us cross country.

OP here: he is. He told me from the very beginning that he suffers with bi polar disorder since he was around 12.

OP here: From what the uncle told me. EX lost his job at a farm about 2 years ago and came to the grandparents/uncle for help. Those set of grandparents tried to play "tough love" with him and he just pretty much disappeard from their lives and went to live with other set of grandparents who uncle says "baby him"
