I do not support rapists of any religion. I want him to face the law of this land. I want people to know the truth. I want Jezic to give him the best defense possible so that if he is innocent of the rape he should go free and if he is guilty then he should pay for his crimes. Simple as that.

I am not sympathetic towards any sexual predator who has got away after assaulting women or children. Too many people think they can just have access to any woman's vagina. Not interested in defending that mindset.

I am against rape, but it seems you are so not interested in the welfare of the victim of the rape but more interested in immigrants.

And I do not believe that you are an immigrant unless you are using it in the sense that this country first belonged to the Native Americans and all of us are immigrants. In that sense the people of this continent are free to go where ever they want to because they were the original inhabitants, so that does not make the accused rapists immigrants.

You are right that the rapist needs a fair trial and deserves a defense attorney.

And you're right that we don't know whether this was an actual rape or if it was consensual - hopefully that will come out in the trial. (FTR, I believe 100% that it was rape - read the police report, plus she was only 14.)

However, we do know that both of the boys were here ILLEGALLY. That is a known fact. They broke the law. Plain and simple. What does that law not matter in your quest to ensure that 'the laws of the country are followed'??

These two are not being represented by public defenders.
They have each hired their own, high-profile attorneys. They are either being paid by someone, or they have taken these cases pro bono.
