Because trash trucks hold trash. And obvi school buses don't.

Interesting that the first poster did not differentiate, though...

I mean they also have workers on them that have to not just walk on the roads and sidewalks but lift heavy items onto the trucks. But I guess you all think they are trash too, which speaks volumes.

No, you thinking this speaks volumes.

NP. They're also adult professionals with proper footwear, not children. There also wasn't trash pick up for the past two days. It's a ridiculous comparison.

Definitely at least a delay is my guess.

I was surprised how bad the roads were in Poolesville. If roads were not getting sunlight the ice wasn't melting.

Really the level of de-humanizing workers here is astounding.

I think closed again tomorrow.

Agree, but with schools open to child care facilities

I think closed for school, but open for childcare. That would provide a soft opening to test out conditions. It is easier to send 30 preschoolers home early than 1000 older students.

Agreed. Allow accessibility to the buildings for staff first and get feedback.

They have often made this determination. So based on historical choices, they are okay with people complaining about this

Feedback about what? If you go out today you see businesses open, people working and going places. There is plenty of opportunity to get feedback. Rest of the world is back to normal.

Monday to today’s closure have been pretty straight forward. Tomorrow’s call will be tricky.

I bet open on time.
