Help me understand Republican women in their 30s and 40s

The proud boys, Oath Keepers, III% and others were most definitely coordinated in their actions prior to (white house meeting etc) and on the day of January 6th.

That isn't a conspiracy theory. Just read the guilty pleas from those involved. The primary evidence is voluminous.

I don’t see how anyone can call them a feminist and vote for Trump. Because a feminist ought to care for all women’s rights, not just their own. We have a terrible maternal death rate, that is exponentially worse for Black women. Women have lost access to safe health care and voting rights.

I also feel sad for the one trans woman we know who is at least 6’2 or 6’3”. She has an amazing family and is a mother of teens and would never hurt anyone. That she has to deal with this level of hate is incredible.

Anyone who actually followed their trials and read the documents and filings that came out of it knows this.

But if you only ever followed conservative sources and social media you'd still think it was "Antifa" or "feds" or whatever else and that they didn't actually storm the Capitol or do any real damage, it was just some harmless old grannies who were waved in by security.

Do you know how you sound? I am a patriot who appreciates the strength of our nation and the men and women in uniform. Not the DC hired guns who come and go. I also have tons of democratic party values. But I have some nuances.

Even the supreme court is not that bad. the election funding and corporations are people case? Didn’t our centrist court vote for that one ? That was the worst one!

I’m the PP who had the abortion after heart failure. I had two living children who needed me, their mother, and the unborn one who was killing me. Clearly, according to you, my own life doesn’t matter and it’s the children who should be put “first.” So, which of the children should I have put “first” — the ones who needed me to abort and live or the one whose ongoing existence would have killed me?

Respectfully, I think when most people talk about abortion, they are referring to the 95%+ cases where it “elective” and not when the life of the mother was at risk or fetus was non-viable. There are some Republicans who want no abortion, ever. But I think many if not most accept it in the scenarios where the baby is non viable or mother’s health is at risk.

The problem is that these Republicans who want no abortion ever (and can't or won't tell the difference between the 95% and the 5%) are in charge of entire states where leaving the state to seek care is prohibitively expensive even if you don't get arrested.

Yes state laws vary. Choose where you live accordingly.
