It would have been in the police report. |
I can’t believe so many people are defending him. |

The time line and events are somewhat confusing as presented in the Daily Beast article. Maybe I need to reread the article.
Did the 52 year old man already have a knife with an exposed blade in his hand when the man with the yellow swimsuit kept pushing him back into the water ? Was a girl allegedly stabbed before the man in the yellow swimsuit kept pushing the 52 year old ? With respect to a punch allegedly thrown by the 52 year old man, if true, there may be a legal defense known as "fighting words doctrine". Calling a person a child molester in public would certainly give rise to a defense under the fighting words doctrine. The story given by the alleged victims doesn't seem to be true as it contains too many memory lapses as to what was said or done to the 52 year old man that enraged him. Also, there story timeline is confusing and, if accurate, should give rise to many questions which may give rise to legal defenses which excuse or mitigate the defendant's actions. 52 year old with no prior criminal record, no prior run-ins with the law. A group of possibly intoxicated people in their early twenties and a 17 year old who have foul mouths ganging up on a fat old guy. video shows that the 52 year old was assaulted at least twice before stabbing. Lots of questions to be answered. |

So the wife couldn't even keep her story straight. She had explained an elaborate scene of fighting. And then later said "I didn't see anything I just heard the yelling"? That's a bit suspect to make a hunch to claims about your husband being attacked and then saying you didn't see the attack. Not to mention her saying he went back up river while you stayed down. Also damning that he walked away from the scene could have let it go but instead decided to return. The fact that one of the victims had organs hanging out of their body, and the fact that he stabbed that many people also is pretty damning for Miu. It's really hard to see him claim self defense when his story isn't adding up and he is the one who decided to turn around and make the conflict worse after it was initially over. The longer that article goes on the worse it looks for Miu. He can't keep his story straight and blatantly lied to police about the knife and the events. |
YUP. He came back for more. |
| That he’s being defended by Rittenhouse’s attorney is all I need to know. |
| He said his life is down the tubes. This middle aged loser knows he's effed. |
I thought he just came back to keep looking for his phone ? Like he originally was doing before being surrounded and called a child molester etc? |
Of course his life is down the tubes. He killed someone. Because he was being literally Ganged up on by a mob of intoxicated young men, being called a sexual predator, and being shoved into the water repeatedly. So he killed his attacker. And now his life is down the tubes. And some drunk 17 year old young man is dead. It’s incredibly sad all around and shows that men need to just get it together and stop acting like fools |
OH well. And now he can think about that long and hard in prison. Stupid choices and all that. Over a phone. |
And the teen can think about it in…. Heaven? Hell? Wherever people like that end up after instigating this sort of event |
| They probably told him to stop snorkeling under young women tubing like a perv and middle aged white man victim mentality exaggerated it into “they accused me of being a child molester” |
Let's wait and see when all the facts come out. You wish so hard this will be pinned on the boys, but it looks pretty bad for the gun loving nutter. |
If you need a snorkel to find your phone, it's a goner anyway. And if it's in a floating bag why do you need a snorkel? |
