This is disgusting. Who pays fees to a company to play and they don't even have bathrooms for practices or games. Do you know how little it would cost MSI to get at least a porta john. We play softball/baseball thru RBBA and they supply porta johns for fields that do not have bathrooms or local businesses in walking distance. |
MSI is the most corrupt of all. They should be ashamed of themselves trying to act like this is out of their hands |
| Do you all realize MSI has been playing there for years with no bathrooms? Where was your outrage then? |
Most MSI games are played at fields that have no access to bathrooms. Schools are generally closed during games, and some are played at local parks with no bathroom facilities. |
It's still illegal. MSI is a business with employees who work these games. Employees are entitled to bathroom facilities. |
Wow, that's ballsy of MSI. How ridiculous. MSI is terrible. |
| What, that's bizarre, no bathrooms? The soccer league needs to pay for a port a potty at least. You can't schedule childrens games at places with no bathroom. Even our lowly rec league doesn't do that. |
MSI can't use the fields yet because they will not agree to abide by the Montgomery County Noise Ordinance. MSI wants to run games at night after quiet hours. |
We never played soccer. This is so messed up. People are just okay in snobby MC that the little kid players, the parents, and the refs that work multiple games have no access to actually plumbing facilities, let a lone a latrine. |
MSI is nuts! You know they don't even pay the coaches for Rec. One year, we had a fantastic coach because we didn't have a parent, and come to find out, he wasn't even getting paid! Parents chipped in and were very generous. But, it's not like MSI is a charity. People are making money off these volunteer coaches. WTF? |
agree. I am a little shocked they use the school facilities, but can't use the bathroom. WTH? |

The school buildings are general locked at the times MSI uses the fields for games. The games are 1 hour long. I have had issues with toddler siblings needing a bathroom, but never with the actual players (or adults for that matter). Practices are often at school buildings after school, at which times the school buildings are often open with people going in and out and kids can use the bathroom and water fountain if needed (and in my experience frequently do). If the games/practices are in parks without bathrooms, well, those are parks that were built without bathrooms. Some do have porta pottys, but my kids are the kind that as soon as they see the porta potty, they suddenly don't have to go anymore No one wants to use porta pottys.

That in fact did profit in the millions and hid the money to pay for artificial turf. |
This is true for MC Rec programs too. I never expect to have a school opened when we are using the fields. There are also lots of parks not connected to a bathroom at all. |
