2). MCPS/MSI has a signed “Field Use Agreement” in place. That they haven't signed. No confusion. No signature. When they sign, post the document. |
Instead of asking the PP to prove it was signed, why don’t you prove that it wasn’t signed? I am sure we will all hear silence from you again. |

I want to thank all of the JWMS neighbors that tried to stop MSI from using the turf field by raising the lack of available bathrooms and parking issues to Rockville City and MCPS. As a result, MSI players/parents will be able to use JWMS bathrooms and more parking spaces will be provided as well.
MSI players/parents were not allowed to use the bathrooms in previous years. THANK YOU! |
You want proof that a document doesn't exist? Where did you go to school? Post the document when signed. |
+1 |
You want proof that the document exists? Go get it yourself. Call MSI or MCPS to get it. I got a hard copy in my hand. Stop inhaling turf. It’s affecting your mental state. LOL. |
+1. Why don’t you post the actual signed MSI/MCPS Settlement Agreement? It was signed 3 years ago. Seriously, you and your parent coalition have lost every argument and complaint regarding the JWMS turf fields for over a year. It’s about time you give up and start enjoying the nicely lighted turf fields. |
+1000. THANK YOU, PARENT COALITION. |
-says the "Parents' Coalition" |
I was being sarcastic when I thanked the Parents’ Coalition. Not only they didn’t get what they asked for, they inadvertently helped get bathroom access and additional parking spaces. Kudos! |
I am the PP and was also being sarcastic when thanking the JWMS neighbors above. LOL |

My kid's MSI schedule was just revised to reflect field changes for the rest of the fall season. All games previously scheduled at JWMS have been moved to local parks. So it doesn't sound like anything was accomplished to get kids playing on those new fields this season. |
Based upon the October 7th Rockville Hearing, the Mayor and City Council is expected to vote on approval of the Rockville/MCPS MOU at the next meeting on October 21st meeting or sooner if they decide to call for an Emergency Meeting just to vote on the MOU. Hence, I suspect that MSI decided to use other fields in case for any other delays. We should bring all of the MSI players to the next hearing to get Rockville City to act quickly. MSI has over 20,000 kids playing soccer so it will be fun to watch. |
| On Monday 21 October, Rockville Mayor & City Council voted and unanimously approved the MCPS/Rockville MOU and will allow MSI to use the JWMS turf fields. |
