I guess people do not know the history of Procter & Gamble and sexual harassment? LOL Don Draper becomes the feminist role model tell men how to behave.

Nothing. To. Do. With. Feminism. |
What does it say about men that a commercial that says men should be strong enough to speak up against aholes is really about women? I guess it means you all know that you're aholes to women (not all men but a lot of the ones here!) |
The ad isn't about feminists. |
I’m the first PP above. The women’s blades use more material, so I would expect a higher price. I do not care for the blades that quickly get super dull. |
Thank you so much for this post. I haven’t been able to articulate why I find the current narrative so disturbing and you’ve stated it perfectly. I am not a fan of the road we’re on, or the current images of males/boys on television. |
Have you ever asked the men in your lives how old they were when they lost their virginity and to whom? Do you know many male rapes and sexual assaults go unreported? |
ha ha!!!! I love these lines! |
But most men are raped by men. |
Couldn't agree more. |
Uh, I think that illustrates the point. |
DH watched the ad and he said it makes him less inclined to buy Gillette.
He's not opposed to the message, but he just wants to buy something as simple as a razor blade without it being turned into a moral debate which have nothing to do with razor blades. |
I thought it was ok. I appreciate the message, but didn’t think it was tightly produced. They could have focused on one compelling story or story arc instead of a dozen+ disjointed situations. I also don’t consider it a “commercial” more like a PSA but also try to get into the “ national conversation.” . Just my thoughts. |
