Oh, honey. Satan isn’t real.

That's his best trick and you fell for it.

NP. No, but really. This saying always makes me laugh but it's really not funny. If more people were screened for mental illness when they came out with gems like this we'd have less shootings.

Actually most white people are not ok with it either.

Yep. I would love a study on how many mass shootings are perpetrated by the religiously fervent. The two big ones in march were by a Southern Baptist and a Muslim. Both of whom attended their local religious institutions.

Satan has weirdly discerning tastes then. Approving of this, but not that.

That's a reach...

Is the whole point of the MV lost on everyone? The conceit of the whole thing is:

Christians told Lil Nas X (and gay people in general) to go to hell, so he did. And now those same Christians are mad?

It's exposing the hypocrisy.

This is comedy. Sorry if straight Black OR White people don't get it. The struggle is real for ALL gays. Black, White, Latinx, Asian etc. This is not just about the Black community.

I think it's hysterical that he's causing grown adults to admit they are afraid of a little red guy who pokes folks in the butt with a big fork.

DP. I agree with them. I think there should be more artists who are not only openly gay but actually have music videos that show that.

Ricky Martin, Adam Lambert, and Clay Aiken are all openly gay. None of them have a single on camera song openly directed to their sexual preference - kissing, touching, hugging, lap dancing. We could talk about the closeted artists from huge bands that were rumored to be gay or lesbian as well but won't go into that.

The uproar reminds me of when Pepsi got upset with Madonna over her Like a Prayer video where she kissed a black (dead?) Jesus.

The church really needs to get a life. They had nothing to say when Sabrina was worshiping Satan in a Netflix series.
