Agree, they’re both playing their roles perfectly |
| Tullys mom and the guy Kate had an emotional affair with were both in Girlfriends Guide to Divorce. I recognized her immediately but I was having a hard time placing him. Then it dawned on me, he cut his dreads and that’s why it was hard to place him. |
I knew the Tullys mom actress but it was bugging me I couldn't figure out where I knew the emotional affair guy from--thanks! |
| When I read the book I always pictured Tully looking like Blake Lively. I’m starting the series tonight! |
| It is SO different from the book which I read recently. I didn’t love the book so I am ok with the changes |
Tully gets less annoying as the show goes along. |
|
I agree Tully gets less annoying as you learn more about her and Sakai as she matures.
I thought this show was just okay, but it gets better and better. And it’s pretty funny. ***don’t consider it a spoiler, but just in case....potential spoiler below*** I just watched the part where Kate meets emotional affair guys mother. 🤣🤣 |
Loved the mom's reaction. Unfortunately I don't think Kate and Travis have great chemistry, would be more interesting if they did. Shame since I like that actor. |
| When she left the voicemail for emotional affair guy. 🤣🤣🤣 |
| Either I missed something in one of the episodes, or we are left hanging at the end?? I did not read the book. |
Left hanging, clearly anticipating a season 2. |
She looks like Ashley Judd which is not a complement because she made her face super puffy with fillers as well. |
| I Can’t figure out why they changed so much from the book. It’s almost a completely different story. |
What is different? I have no interest in reading the book. |
I googled for an explanation of the ending, and found an article where they described two scenarios from the book that could explain why Kate was acting that way. |
