Was steady weight up to August. 136 lbs and 5' 2". Fluctuated 1 or 2 pounds up and down with COVID in March and that continued till end of June when finally I was out of woods with long haul COVID symptoms. Now, I am left with very little stamina but otherwise ok.
End of August, I took charge of my health and have started the long road back to health, And mainly with changes in diet (and very very light exercise because I still get exhausted) I have started to lose weight. Since September, I have lost 12 lbs. I am now 124 lbs on a 5'2" frame. I plan to lose another 4 lbs. Hopefully, I will also build up muscles and stamina. It is very cautious and very slow climb back. |
| 5lbs. But I’m small, so I notice it. I’m still running, biking and doing yoga, but I’m Snacking a lot more, and not walking as much as I did with my usual commute and office job. |
| I’ve lost 10 pounds but have a lot more I could lose. We added in daily exercise since kids were losing all the activity they got at school/aftercare and we got a dog so lots of time spent walking. |
| Gained 5 lbs from March to June. Bought a Peleton and lost the weight. |

I gained about 10lbs early on. Started intermittent fasting in July and lost it plus a couple. I’ve gotten lax and it’s creeping up a bit again so need to buckle down.
It’s the mindless eating that gets me. IF works because if I wait to start eating until later in the day I just don’t have enough hours to snack. Once I start it’s harder to stop. I also have a great work out accountability text thread with friends that helps and am fitter than when this started. I feel so much better about everything now that I stopped the slow gain and am exercising. It was hard to do but I stopped a bad cycle and actually now has me feeling good and in control of life in general. |

| Ten pounds - I'm 5'4...but I was underweight, so it's nice to have a few curves. I do need to stop now before the love handles and rolls start. |

| 39 pounds. And I'm very short and wasn't thin to start. I gained it fairly rapidly in the spring. I wish I were like the PPs who lose weight when stressed, because this year has been incredibly, incredibly stressful. |

| I'm yo yo ing unfortunately. Up in the beginning then down now up. I fully recognize that I eat and snack when I'm depressed and I've been feeling very much in a hole lately. |
None? I don't weigh myself, but my clothes all still fit, including the non-stretchy ones.
