How much COVID weight have you gained?

Same here, I've gone up and down and a lot has to do with my mood. And just a complete lack of the daily walking around I used to have to do in an office, from the parking garage, etc. Unfortunately I've had more and bigger ups than downs. I'm probably at net 10 lbs up, but I was not in a great place to start with.

Lost 25. I would attribute it to not eating out except maybe once a week and working out more due to extra time. Also have adopted the Mediterranean diet life style. With more time to cook, this diet is doable. Might be too much prep time during normal times.

None. I am surprised by this each and every day

Up and down based on stress. Probably net about where I started. I'm another who doesn't eat much when anxious but I do drink (sometimes so I can eat, ugh) and am on meds.

Gaines about 10, then lost 5 and stuck. But, I really need to lose another 30-40. Pushing 50, so I don't see that happening anytime soon. I have started working out though and am feeling a little stronger in my core.

I have lost 20 pounds. It has been a lot of work though.

I probably gained 5, but then in August I made it a priority and I have lost 10. Feeling good and proud I did it. 30 days til the new year!!!

Between 5-7lbs and I'm short too. I work out 5-6 times a week but can't stop shoveling all the comfort foods in my mouth. I also used to intermittent fast but don't have the willpower to do that now.

I gained 25 between March and June. Since June I've lost about 40.

Male here...gained 10 pounds. I'd say about 5 of that is more food, and 5 is less exercise.

Was healthy weight to begin with, gained 9, then lost 10.

Me too. I dont even have a scale, but I'm probably still around my usual 5'3 115/120 as all of my clothes fit well and I'm still working out

5 lbs. Which was very unfortunate because I had worked for 7 months to lose it prior to March. But frankly, if it stays around 5 lbs, I will be happy and just resume better habits when this is all over. For me the gain is 100% snacking. When I return to normal life, I won't have as much opportunity to snack.

10, also on a short frame. My experience was same as PPs: fewer grocery trips, more processed food. I’ve taken 5 off in the last month through better eating and intermittent fasting.

5 lbs. I yo yo back and forth with this 5 lbs, since covid started. A combination of moving less and baking a lot with my children.
