| DH is 6'3" and I am 5'10", our kids are both 99% for height, but we're born at less than 20% percentile interestingly. DH's dad is 6'7" so we'll see there they land. |
Actually this is not true. This is why identical twins often end up with differing heights. |
Calculators that also I corporate parents‘ height are more accurate. Try something like this: https://www.calculator.net/height-calculator.html |

I'm 5ft and my husband is 5'9". My 4 year old just had his wellness appointment and is currently 39 inches.
|
| DH is a little over 6’3”. I am 5’2”. Kiddo is in the top 5 percent for height and clearly takes after DH. |
| Well, i’m 5’2” and DH is 5’4”. So, we are short. DD is a teen and currently 5’4” (she’s probably done growing according to the doctor). DS is 5’9”, So taller than both of us and still growing. We expect to this though as men on both sides of the family are 5’9” to roughly 6’2”. |

DH is 6’ (FIL is 6’2”, MIL is 5’1”, BIL is 6’1”)
I am 4’10” (my dad is 5’5”, my mom is 5’, my brother is 5’7”) Our son is almost 5 year old with 42 inch tall, & my 16 months old girl is 33 inch tall. What is my son & daughter predicted full height? |
| I’m 5”2. But I truly feel and look much taller than that, so I identify as being 5”7. |
I'm 4'11" but I feel like Xena Princess Warrior on the inside, so 5'9". |
|
| I'm 5'5 and DH is 6'2. For DD13, around 4'11 now, endocrinologist/pediatrician both estimate her final height around 5 to 5'1. We were so surprised but she was born small and has stayed that way - growing steadily but always at the bottom of the percentile charts. Genetics can be so weird! (Our sons are estimated to reach 6-6'1 at a minimum according to their doc/charts given their current growth patterns). |
