I love Robin Arzon. She is hilarious and her energy is off the charts.

Cody- he says shocking things and it makes me laugh.

Alex- he says things that make me try harder. Even at work, I'll hear his voice coaching me through tough situations.

Olivia Amato is my favorite. I don't like her music selection sometimes but her HIIT and Tabata rides are always challenging.

Has anyone actually lost weight / fat doing peloton (in addition to incorporating a healthy diet)? Or just increased your fitness levels?

I lost 30 lbs. I just had my one-year "peloversary" last week. This was in conjunction with improving my diet (but not dieting). I was utterly sedentary before I got my peloton and now I ride about four days a week and go to Orange Theory once a week (well, DID go to OT before it closed).

Okay, thanks, good to know. I used to lift weights regularly and run/do cardio semi-regularly, which helped maintain my weight, but even before Covid, I was starting to get bored with my normal routine no matter how much I varied the workouts. We are getting our peloton delivered next week - I really hope it doesn't get delayed. I've been stuck at 150 since January.

Alex Toissant is literally my life coach. I take all of his 45 minute rides. His Club Bangers classes are the bomb.

When I want to change it up:
-Cody Rigsby for when I want a hard, fun, fluffy ride.
-Robyn for her tabata rides when I need my butt kicked and only have 30 minutes.
-Emma Lovewell for her Core classes.

Love Cody, Emma Lovewell, Ally Love, and Denis (though he doesn't teach as much). Welcome! I will they had some more soulcycle/zengo like classes, but otherwise it's totally awesome. The only way we get to exercise with 3 & 1 yo on opposite nap schedules.

My husband wanted the bike and I wasn't a fan the first few times I tried it...probably because I picked classes that were really hard. Once I eased into it (lots of low impact/advanced beginner classes) I began to love it. Now I ride way more than he does.

OP, I am with you. I had an epiphany in January when I realized that I was spending $200/month on my gym membership, and only going three times a week to the small group bootcamp (that I had to pay an extra $150 a month for). The one spin instructor at my gym who I could always count on to deliver a phenomenal class had just left and I was like this is ridiculous. I quit, bought a peloton, and am also obsessed. I tried to resist becoming a cult member, and during the first week I was actually thinking I'd be one of the rare few who take advantage of the 30 day trial and send it back, but by week 2 I was hooked. The metrics are so great and make me work so much harder than I ever did at the gym. We bought a TV to put in the basement across from the bike so that I could do all the other classes too, and now I'm doing yoga and strength work outs so much more consistently than I ever did with my gym membership. I wish I'd done this a year ago. The monthly cost for the bike and membership is less than my bootcamp fee, and that's before you even take into account my family's gym membership which we cancelled. I know there are people out there who think Peloton is ridiculous, but I'm definitely a huge fan. I do wish I could have friends over to use it, since my friends who are used to going to the gym are really hating not having access to any equipment right now.

I love Alex and Denis, but my husband turned me on to Jess King! She is really cute (which is why he started taking her class), but holy cow, I got a PR the first ride I did with her. She is NO JOKE!!!

We got ours in December. I thought it was ok the first few weeks but fell in love when I found the Power Zone program. Love it. Christine is my favorite instructor, she is awesome. But I love Olivia, Matt, and Denis.

Make sure you check out the strength classes. The Cardio are pretty killer as well.

Denis Morton is the only one for me. We have a special kind of bond. Well, I love him unconditionally, and am patiently waiting for him to notice me.

Anyway, I also did Paleo for the last 6-8 months and dropped a lot of fat. Can't credit the Peleton completely with this. Having it in the house means I usually do at least one additional workout than I usually would per week, burning 300+ calories/ride. Quads & glutes are looking good too.

Cody in the new cardio dance videos on the app has restored my faith in humanity. He is hilarious. (Rich purse, rich purse).
