Hotel Charge on Husband's CC

Anonymous
Call the hotel and ask them to email you a copy of the folio so you can file your boss’s expense report.

Give them your email address. They won’t ask questions.

OP here, if it was an obvious I'm tired or too drunk to drive home, a call would have been nice. We live in DC and yes the drive from Baltimore if pretty far, but his mom lives in Largo and he could have stayed the night there. It was only a one night charge which tells me it was some type of hookup.

Yes he still has his cc from when we were dating. He pays it with his "personal" money which doesn't effect the household bills etc. Sort of like my bloomies card.

Np.I also have my own credit card. I post my bills, DH doesn't. Period.

I had no idea about this and unfortunately, well fortunately it worked and as the receptionist was looking for the date in question, he also stayed at this same hotel back in May

I was PP and that's why I asked about a one time charge. I didn't mean for the same dates but rather other, similar ones.

I'm sorry. This really does point to an affair. If you do get online access to his account, you can look over the statements.

Definitely look at phone records if you can and possible email accounts. If you share use of a home computer, most people don't log out of their emails, so if it's gmail, etc. you may just be able to go in and look if it's in the histry.

Are people this foolish. Goosh, use cash to pay for a hotel.

I’m glad it worked, but I am sorry that you are in this situation. If you want to dig more, you can call back and ask for all folios for this year charged to the account ending in XXXX (the last four of his cc), or on his points account (HHonors or whatever—the number is on the folio you have). Pretend your “boss” is completely unorganized and you need to straighten this out ASAP because “accounting” is breathing down your neck. Be very apologetic for taking up so much time.

Wow. Good luck.

Maybe one of his buddies was to hammered to go home and he got him a room.

More likely some stole his card number while he was out.

Do you really believe that astrology is a thing?

Do some digging while you have a lead...as soon as you say something your access will be shut down. Get the best proof you can, think about options, and then confront.
Anonymous
Don't confront him. Gather evidence. Think about what you want to do. If you plan to divorce, go see an attorney before you confront him.
