She's smoking a cigarette, you can tell.

She's also not really "twerking." She lifted part of that weird skirt thing she's wearing in the 1st video, which is as close as it gets. In the second video, she's just dancing.

I feel bad for first kids who come of age in the White House. Not for Reagan's kids b/c they were adults and still acted like douche bags. (Not his first batch with Jane Wyman but Nancy's kids are pathetic.)

Not really. One of the Bush twins was cited for underage drinking. 80% of people shrugged and went on with their lives. (Including me, a strong Democrat-- kids drink Underage. I certainly did. And No one elected them to anything...)
