I made copies of everything and then confronted him. He initially tried to deny it, but quickly admitted it. it didn't really matter, I had more than enough evidence that it was happening.

I caught my ex when he wanted to go out one night with no wedding ring. My suspicions were confirmed when I checked the texting log on the phone bill.

Found questionable deleted texts (on old iPhone the spotlight search would show deleted texts). He confessed to meeting for "coffee". I called bs and searched his office and found the hotel invoice.
