Yes, these kinds of illegal immigrants: https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/pr/justice-department-secures-25-million-landmark-agreement-apple-resolve-employment |
This is demonstrably not true. Rs have continually demonized nonwhite immigrants who are in the country legally. Asylum seekers, among others, are here legally even if not permanently. But they are falsely accused of gang activity, falsely accused of eating pets, detained by cops who don't want to see proof of legal status, etc. Also, you would have to work to miss the recent story of a Canadian woman jailed because her visa was denied - she showed up to present the application (legal), was denied (fine) and then instead of being allowed to fly back to Canada she was jailed for two weeks and only got out because of media attention. |
Republicans hate all Americans and love Russians. |
Either pull your head out of your own ass and take a look around at what is actually happening with Trump's policies, or stop lying and trying to gaslight people who are obviously more intelligent than you seem to think you are. |
I am so sick of you blue cultists that proclaim any person who doesn’t pledge extreme allegiance to your cult to be not a Democrat. You are destroying our party. The OP needs to get a grip. And so do you. |
We used to unify ourselves by hating the Soviet Union. When the iron curtain fell, we saw that hatred turn inward and racism spiked again. We hated Muslims after 9/11 and others again felt a sense of unity. That has faded. So we turned on one another by political party. Offshoots of that include progressives hating police. That hatred generated a lot of momentum that made people feel antiracist and therefore provided a sense of unity, particularly against the racists. And now, MAGA has turned conservatives against government employees. It has generated a lot of momentum to focus on dismantling the feds, making another group of people feel righteous, again providing a sense of unity. I'm not sure why we must de-humanize different groups to make ourselves feel better about ourselves. But it seems to be an enduring American trait. |
so they know you, hate you, and have vowed to never employ you again. |
Reading not your thing? She’s not a Fed…. |
Lazy parasites? |
What democrats used to believe before their addiction to cheap exploitable labor https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bQHmoYI63ls And don’t start with republicans do same thing , we know that they have always been evil. But democrats used to believe before the party of labor. But not anymore |
DP I honestly don't know how you don't see that the US on the path to full authoritarianism. They are detaining people with tourist visas for days and not giving a reason. Sending individuals with no criminal records, no evidence of crimes, in compliance with asylum processes, to a prison in El Salvador. Deporting people with green cards because they don't like their speech. They ignore court orders, have a drug addled unappointed rando giving orders, want to make it illegal to literally exist as a trans person, I could go on. I know it is hard to accept how bad things are getting. They are choking our freedoms slowly and it is easier just to go on about our lives without worrying about the people who can't. |
+1. !! |
They can hate me all they want, but if I have the skills, they shouldn't be certifying PERMs. Unfortunately, that is the rub of the OPs question. When you devolve the employment system to treating us like "bags of skills" so that they can get their green cards. Illegal green cards that is. |
The minute you wrote this abject nonsense, you discredited the rest of what you wrote. Get a grip. Hearing the word “no” occasionally does not mean making it illegal to literally exist. The entitlement is off the charts. |
Don’t “both sides” this crap. One party has fought to raise wages, and the other has actively opposed it. I don’t think the farmers who reliably vote Republican and rely on cheap exploitable labor are secret Democrats. |
