Ha! You mean those "Honeycrisp" apples? Or those "Sugar Bee" apples? Apples contain a WHOLE lot of sugar. That is why they oxidize fast and turn brown. Sucrose. Crabapples is what you should eat or Granny Smith. Less sugar. Cherries are a diuretic. You will have the runs if you eat a bunch and will lose weight that way too. |
You can get obese on any diet plan including Mediterranean. You need to count calories with precision. |
This is the only way. Would need to be weighing and tracking everything. Most don't have the discipline. |
It is not going to hurt OP if she is only going to drastically diet for one month.
Most folks find it easiest to skip breakfast and eat a healthy lunch and dinner. I do have an extra coffee in the morning to help fill me up. Take a daily multiple vitamin. Don't skip it. Right after lunch. My daughter and I are vegetarian so we both take a B-complex everyday. I make some kind of homemade soup every couple of days for snacking. No canned crap. Soup is the easiest, cheapest, and healthiest snack you can do. Go for cold and warm soups now that it is summer. Go to bed as early as you can. If I stay up even an hour later I get restless and start to munch again. After a month of this you may find it easy to adopt one or things as a lifestyle choice. Your diet will affect your weight much faster than exercise will. But don't stop your routine. It sounds great. |

If you want to stay in a fast it's easier to skip breakfast. Just don't eat anything after 6:30pm. |

Skip dinner? I could never sleep if I were hungry. I would wake up in the middle of the night and gobble the first thing in sight.
Actually eating or drinking in the morning makes me nauseous. Water excepted. I get up at five and cannot stomach solid food until around 11am. |
My brother skips lunch. He eats a big breakfast from 8-9am and big dinner 6-7 pm. Ever since college. |
Way easier for me to skip breakfast. I drink a glass of water and brush my teeth in the AM. Don’t eat anything until 10am. I never skip dinner. But finish eating by 6pm. Not a huge span of time, but it works for me. No food from 6pm - 10am on most days. |
Chop off a limb. That should do it. |
