Thanks for asking. I’m OP here to share how hard it’s been to get rid of the first 5 lbs. So far, I lost 7 lbs .

Thank you for cheering me up. It’s been years of eating like a bird, exercising moderately with tiny results. This time I’m determined to reach my goal and to stay strong despite my slow metabolism and temptations. I’m sweating the hell out every day and drinking homemade, sugar-free herbal iced teas.

New Poser. I just got on the scale for the first time in 6 weeks. I wanted to see what would happen if i gave up rice and pasta for this time. I also increased my fresh fruit intake since it's summer.

I have lost 8 pounds!
