You make no sense. |
Info taken out of context. I overheard a recruiter saying that there wasn't anyone they were interested in ECNL tournament. Doesn't matter how many coaches come from where ever if you're not interested in their program there's no point if they are there. Also, GA event is in California and the ECNL event was in TN. Closer to home. |
“Anyone” seriously, you believe that? Lol |
2021 - create fake news and hope the uninformed follow in furtherance of their personal propaganda Lol - I just got a call from 30 college coaches who all said they were leaving the GA showcase because they're not interested in anyone. |
Yes and that's my point. You took his words to mean one way, when they could have meant something else. It doesn't matter which colleges show up to your showcase. If you're not interested in their program or they are interested in your dc, then it doesn't matter. |
Yeah -2021 - where less schools the better |
I was in TN, jacka$$, and recognize the overlap. |
| You need one coach from a school where you player wants to attend and can get in to recruit her. That's all. |
14 VA colleges at ECNL 8 VA colleges at GA 18 NC colleges at ECNL 7 NC colleges at GA 9 MD colleges at ECNL 4 MD colleges at GA 4 DC colleges at ECNL 1 DC college at GA 21 PA colleges at ECNL 10 PA colleges at GA 66 ECNL schools 30 GA schools -36 schools just for those 4 states (and district). The attendance is not the same |

My gosh, I don’t have a dog in this, but the ECNL guy who went through the two college lists is just pathetic.
|
Says the GA parent with 50% fewer colleges attending |
A long way to travel for a whuppin’. |
| We don't need two 2nd tier leagues. FCV is the only serious elite club in the area that is not in ECNL. The other local GA clubs are abysmal. Even Arlington, which left for ECNL, is struggling in ECNL competition. There are EDP teams that will run circles around the GA teams. |
Lmfao considering I said “I don’t have a dog in this” since I don’t have a child playing in either. You selectively chose a few states. Guess what, lots of West coast coaches were at the CA GA showcase. Guess what else, each of these leagues schedules regional showcases to make it easier for college coaches to make it showcases that are more convenient to them. And if you are a mid-Atlantic player who wants to play in the mid-Atlantic, you really don’t need to go to TN or CA to get recruited. Give it a rest. Both leagues provide good opportunities for players to play at a higher level and to boost their likelihood of being recruited. |
I like your confidence. You state your opinion like it's fact; which it's not. But you're an outside observer....so you know. I assure you that the GA did not sechede a west coast showcase for the benefit of east coast schools which is where 99 percent of east coast kids will be attending. I chooses those locations because they are border states where the majority of the kids from this area will attend college. I can do more stats if you like. |
