Anyone else watching the new season of Project Runway?

This is an excellent point. I hope this doesn't happen. He is pretty sensitive anyways and he doesn't need the additional pressure of coming up with a story when he is working so hard on his designs.

Working women who need classic staples? Bohemian chic types? That helps when you’re in a rut - put your target audience woman in the situation and figure out what she would wear to a ... wedding/gala/lunch date etc.

I used to think this way too but I've changed my mind. The fashion industry is out of control with embracing the odd, wacky and unwearable. Remember Gretchen and her diapers? That went no where - thank God!

I would much rather see really beautiful clothes for all shapes - that a normal person could actually wear. Honestly, there's a market for every woman. It's the rare woman who looks like Karlie Kloss.

Yay!! I’m so happy for Sebastian! His collection looked perfect. I think he’s going to be really successful.

Yay for Sebastian, beautiful show, very talented and humble
Hester’s show was very lively and oozed creative talent, she sure impressed DVF
Garo missed the mark completely

Until the next group!!

It would have been a crime if Sebastian didn’t win. His collection was great.

I wonder if DVF actually gave Hester a job?!

Sebastian definitely deserved to win even though both Hester and Garo are extremely talented, too. I loved all of their collections. I'm sure that Hester has a job with DVF if that's what she wants.

I thought some of Sebastian’s clothes looked like fancy pajamas. So shiny! Some of it was really beautiful, though.

I like Hester a lot. When I first saw all the pastel prints on her home visit I wasn’t so sure, but I thought she pulled it off. I didn’t expect her to win but I loved watching her show.

I loved Sebastian's show. He certainly deserved the win and there were several of his items that I would love to buy and wear. He has a bright future in front of him. He made me laugh out loud when on the final day he took Christian up on his offer to go to Mood. For thread. Really, Sebastian? Really. I think it was a way for him to de-stress. I hope it worked!

I was worried that Hester would win. She is good but she is not in the same league as Sebastian. Sebastian designs haute couture. Hester is still designing for shock value and the thrill. When she matures as a person a little bit more she will be much better.

This caliber of this season's designers was very strong. It was a far cry from the early years. While I miss Tim, I love Christian. They need to get rid of Marnie because she doesn't add anything to the show. All in all, it was a great season!

It was fun to see original designers and past winners in the audience at the finale!!
As a watcher of PR since Season One, I’m glad it’s back on Bravo. I think Christian’s input was better than Tim’s “make it work”, as he is far more relatable to the new generation of designers. Although I miss the sassiness of Michael Kor, Brandon Maxwell and Elaine Welteroth were excellent anchored by Nina Garcia. The Project Runway formula continued seamlessly!

I loved this season and have watched since season one. Christian was the perfect replacement for Tim - loved his input and the energy he brought to the show. Brandon grew on me and I think the judging panel meshed well. Can't wait for next season.

I agree. Christian and Brandon made the show for me but more than anything Christian.

Yes! I liked Tim, but Christian is a designer who has beeen in their shoes. He is a great host and mentor. Also, much of the advice he gives is in line with the judges's critiques and truly helps them; whereas there were times when Tim would give advice or make a suggestion and the judges would completely disagree.

Brandon had to grow on me. Sebastian was the clear winner. Love Christian.

I wonder if the difference is that Tim teaches design and Christian is a designer?
