Anyone else watching the new season of Project Runway?

I dislike Christian S the mentor. He’s too immature sounding when he is announcing something. He isn’t as thoughtful or well spoken as Tim. Karlie is awful.

Wanted to like Karlie but she is meh. No real informed opinions about fashion like prior hosts. Cristian would be better as a judge than as a mentor - agree as was mentioned upstream, he does not have sold, tactical and concrete advice and direction to provide.

I've yet to find anyone in my Project Runway circle that likes Karlie. Most are either 'hate her' or are 'eh, she's fine but doesn't add anything like Heidi did'.

IA that Christian would have been a better judge, but but I don't think he has the sass factor that they get with Brandon Maxwell and they love to have at least one sassy gay.

But he's been a judge on other seasons/versions and was plenty sassy. I don't like Brandon Maxwell, he's just mean.

Tim often didn’t either. I can only imagine how parents would react if I just went around telling my students “ make it work!”

I love Tim, but he was not particularly precise either.

I think Heidi grew into her role as host/judge. But I agree Karlie is meh. Maybe she’ll get better.

Karlie's role isn't that important. I like Christian and think he will be okay as he gets to know the contestants. I can't remember why Tim left the show...his Commmand Strip commercials taking up too much time? Happy the show is back. It's my favorite reality show.

I think Christian is doing a great job. I loved him in the last episode. I like Karlie more with each episode. The last episode was hard to watch being a white woman. The less talented beckys overtalked and took over each team.

So glad Nadine got the boot. She was vile.

I think it's safe to say that when Nina questions your taste level, you are going home that week.

Tim and Heidi left to host a new fashion competition show coming out on Amazon Prime.

Disagree about Tim- more often than not he gave real direction in addition to make it work. He was the Dean of Fashion Design at Parsons and I thought it came through in his advice.

What I most love is that the quality of sewing skills seems to have improved dramatically over the past 4-5 years among the contestants although there are still 1 or 2 who make me go "huh?" At least this season the contestants don't seem to include as many oddballs without any skills like there have been in past years.

Karlie is growing on me and I hope she finds her groove. I wish they would include Christian when the judges evaluate the final 6. I thought that Tim's input was very helpful to them and I think that Christian could provide a needed perspective.

I don't always agree with Nina (I didn't like the silky top she adored last week because I didn't like how the seams in the bodice gave the model a really odd pointed nip look) but I appreciate her comments because she chooses her words with care and doesn't try too hard to be flip or droll or "look at me" like MK. I like MK a lot (!!!) but towards the end of the most recent season he was on it seemed like it was all about him and not so much about everything else.

This one is about all-stars not the newest PR season, but is it wrong that when the legendary Iris Apfel was a judge and Nina said she wanted to see something never seen before that Iris told her she'd have to move to another planet I giggled?

Dislike the host. She's so dull and soft spoken. Like a little girl.

I've always liked Christian since his original time on the show as a contestant. He's the reason I'm actually even able to get into this season.

Totally agree with those who do not like Brandon Maxwell. He's rude.

Have you ever seen a commercial that's filmed in Europe & you can immediately tell the difference because it seems almost hazy (the mentos commercials are a perfect example).

I can't put my finger on it or articulate/explain it well, but the actual film seems like they're using... well, film & not digital.

If you look at last season with Tim & Heidi, the quality seems 4K... very crisp & clear, however the way this season on Bravo appears, it's like the original days of HD.

I TOTALLY AGREE!
It feels very stuck 10 years ago -- not the programming/ entertainment, just the quality of the actual film.
Compare this season's all stars & this season on Bravo and it's a noticeable difference in appearance.

All Stars was filmed two years ago. Not so recent and modern.
