Surprised me as well. I was sure Khloe would be the first to run to his side. I'm happy that he has the support he has with his family. I have always been a Jenner fan, way before the Kardashian thing happened.

This! I wanted to watch it; and after my 10 year old twins were finished with their movie they sat with me and we watched. It served the purpose exactly as you mentioned. Accepting all people is key.

That is how she identifies now, so it's most appropriate and respectful to use the chosen name and feminine pronouns she/hers. I doubt it really affects any of us too much which pronoun we type for someone, but it can mean a lot to that person.

Um, perhaps because he indicated that for the time being, he would prefer to be referred to as he? I think it is more important for us to respect his preference vs. yours.

I do think the kardashians are truly disturbed people. But I think he probably was the best influence in that house.

One of the news shows showed tweets from them after the show, though, and even kris came out supporting him. So, at least there's that.

Now if they could come together and slap the stupid out of the two youngest, that would be great.

I have always liked Bruce jenner. although I don't watch it often, he always came across as genuine and caring on KUWTK.

I thought he looked good last night. His face looked pretty and without makeup, his skin looked great.

I also think he was brilliant to reveal this side of himself so slowly. It really gave people time to get used to the idea.

There have been hints for many years and I have assumed he was a cross dresser for a very long time. There was something just odd about his look and he has been distancing himself from his macho looks of the late 70's/early 80's. You could just tell by his thinning eyebrows and the fact that his cosmetic surgery feminized his face.

In any case, god, he was a handsome muscular guy in his early years. I wish Diane Sawyer had asked him more detailed questions about - why was his rejecting that body? How often did he go out in public as a female? Really, she did not ask too many details.

Finally, I think Kris Jenner is not forthcoming about what she knew. she knew everything! When you start dating a man who has been or hormones for 5 years and has breasts, um, something is up - more so than him just being a cross dresser.

I think Bruce was sort of wrong/funny when he said that he and Kris would still be together if she was accepting of his changes. He didn't seem to realize that Kris is not a lesbian..How could she remain married to him if he transitions? she is obviously a heterosexual female. Despite his wonderful qualities, I'm sure it is killing her that her handsome masculine husband (with a penis) is transitioning. If anyone has a right to be sad and depressed about that, it is Kris.

He already has two referrals. He almost went through with it in the 80's. He says he is asexual at this point. thus, I think he really does not have any issues with losing his male apparatus.

I didn't see the whole show. What did he say about his childhood and when did he realize he wanted to be female (or was female).....and yes I'm curious how much Kris knew and when she found out.
