Republicans for years having voted No on almost everything. Congress has the lowest approval rating and each year it continues to be lower. So Democrats should just vote No or be absent.

Stop with the propaganda that all these folk want populist Republicanism. It’s a lie. What most people want and desire is an ALTERNATIVE. Quite frankly I expect more people to become Independents.

That just means checked out at this point.

We're hoping that an economic downturn will make people wish they had voted for Kamala Harris. I would argue that's an unlikely outcome. That's not really how human psychology works. Democrats CAN'T "protect the country" right now, because they are out of power. Either way, they lose today. There is no viable candidate today who beats Trump. I wish there was, actually. I think the man is dangerous and very harmful. But there is no Democrat out there that could be him today. Actually I think the margin would even be higher today than it was in November.

I do not know why Democrats are continually blind to Trump’s appeal and support. I’ve been listening to Democrats confidently tell me for almost ten years now that nobody actually supports Trump and they’ve got him now, by Jove. It is reaching levels of delusion that resemble insanity.

Trump weaponizes every department he has at his disposal to settle petty disputes (taking away security from his own former Cabinet Memebers, Black Lives Plaza, etc) and is lawless with his executive orders.

Republicans for years having voted No on almost everything. Congress has the lowest approval rating and each year it continues to be lower. So Democrats should just vote No or be absent.

Stop with the propaganda that all these folk want populist Republicanism. It’s a lie. What most people want and desire is an ALTERNATIVE. Quite frankly I expect more people to become Independents.

The voters consistently report trusting Republicans more with the economy than they trust Democrats. We've gotten awfully excited about the stock market backing down 10% off its highs. We're hoping that an economic downturn will make people wish they had voted for Kamala Harris. I would argue that's an unlikely outcome. That's not really how human psychology works. And hope is not a strategy. What are we going to DO, other than loudly wish for the American people to suffer a recession? Trump weaponizes every department he has at his disposal to settle petty disputes (taking away security from his own former Cabinet Memebers, Black Lives Plaza, etc) and is lawless with his executive orders.
