There is no shortage of American talent and CS graduates in this country. We just had thousands laid off last year. We don’t need to bring foreigners to take middle class jobs.

Our kids going for CS in college have pretty bad chances of being employed.

This is the correct answer.

The bias is against American employees by the folks hiring Indian immigrants over Americans.

With about 20% of all software jobs going to H-1B visa holders, combined with the recent layoffs in tech and a significant increase in CS majors over the past decade, there is no shortage of skilled labor in the US. This entire program is just about finding cheap labor.

Exactly! They are mostly Indian these days. Sure, the US may have invented the semiconductor but today's chips and computers are made in the far east. It's always been about cheap labor.

Did they buy their way in? be part of the good ole boys network? Graduated from an Ivy? They started with no power and worked their way to the top. Which Indian promoted them?

The people that put them there are not Indians. The people that put them there owed nothing to the Indians. The people that put them there for God's grace chose to do it on merit. The Indian CEOs in-turn promote/hire on merit or they will anger the people that put them there.
