Are affairs with Au Pairs common?

I feel like the less attractive women are a bigger issue because they’re the ones willing to sleep with your DH. Really attractive young women don’t want anything to do with middle aged married men. They can find a hot, rich single man.

What? Really?

I just looked it up and it seems true.
They also ban nursing mothers from nursing anywhere except the “bride’s room.”

I know two Easter European au pairs who used their jobs to meet men. Both are now married to high earning American men. That’s the American way

Why make life complicated ? Men are visual. I'd never have even a mildly attractive young au pair or nanny in my home.

Never heard of an actual affair, but have had plenty of au pairs rematch for creepy dads....plenty.

Yes this. I was a nanny not an au pair and I met sooooo many creepy dads!! It’s the reason I left the field actually. Being a nanny in your 20s is hard for this reason!!

Sure you did they just didn’t tell the kids.

We had 7 AP. 5 females and two males.

One of the males banged a few of our kids ES teachers and one or two of our married neighbors.

The females were all attractive- a couple gorgeous ones but when you live with these girls they are not really jumping out as a viable affair waiting to happen.

One, they all met plenty of boys their own age to date; second DH typically did not engage with them beyond professional discussions about their job and what they needed accommodation wise.
He had so little in common with 20 something girls there was no chance of them having any interest in him or vice versa.

Please don’t act like women (especially those who are barely out of adolescence) approach relationships with the mindset of a venture capitalist.

Your misogyny is showing.

Lol, you really want to argue that financial stability and/or wealth are not important characteristics to women when assessing the attractiveness/viability of a male partner? Now THAT is funny!
