Are affairs with Au Pairs common?

My friend (woman) left her husband and married the make au pair. They were together almost 20 yrs, raised the children alongside the ex-husband. They got divorced about 2 yrs ago. My friend is VERY self-destructive and cheated on him multiple times during the marriage.

Why would you hire an au pair who you think is a stunner? You already sound insecure. I've never hired an attractive nanny. As far as I know, my husband has never cheated, so it's more about my own fears and insecurities, but I value my peace of mind.

Not true. Many of these Au Pairs come from 3rd world countries. The are happy to sleep with a middle aged man who has money. Woodmont Country club actually banned Au Pairs from the pool for many years, as they were the cause of so many club sex scandals.

One of my sorority sisters did this twenty years ago and she’s still single and childless. She’s been a permanent other woman for her whole adult life.

All of them have used her temporarily. She prefers that to actual commitment for some reason.
