Agree. As much as we'd all like to have information and a resolution (OP included) that is not how real life works. This is not a novel or a movie. You can't just munch on popcorn until the end. This is a real person's life. And she will lose all possibility of being a productive human being if she keeps spending all her time pursuing losers and jerks in the hopes of demanding they behave like decent human beings and/or provide explanations for jerk behavior. Not OP, but my recollection is that that is a farm that he USED to work for, that is still listed as an employer or former employer on some of the web hits on him.

OP, call the sheriff back. People suggesting that she call his work, this guy drives a truck with cows in it. It's not like he's got an office phone. If he is an independent contractor (which it sounds like he is), "calling his cell phone" is the same as "calling his work." The OP has done that repeatedly.

OP, did he seem depressed at all? I hate to mention this as a possibility but could he have committed suicide out there at the cabin? I think you should definitely make it a priority to talk to the sheriff and fill out a missing person's report.

Op here: already explained yesterday that he had an old fb he deleted back in January and that was the "other" one that came up with a broken link....cause it was deleted. we were friends/in a relationship on the page too before you'd like to jump to any conclusions.

Op here: im not getting into a lot of details now that some know his family info but yes, he had been going through some things regarding his grandfathers health that has really been effecting him a lot. So even though he is a "jerk" or "liar" like some are saying, I am still concerned that something could have happened.

OP I'm referring to one that comes up with his full name (not nickname). If you type in www.facebook.com/firstname.lastname.9 you'll see it. It's still up, not deleted.

Not everything confusing is a lie. If you look at some of my old social media, which still exists in cached versions because that's the nature of the internet, it will show me as living in a place I haven't lived for many years, married to someone I'm not married to.
