I am asking because I was just charged what I would consider a pretty insane amount for this (and this wasn’t at a fancy salon). But I haven’t even ever been charged this much at the fanciest salons. Obviously it varies but I would really like to get other’s opinions. |

Hair Cuttery charges $30 for shampoo and cut. I go to the same stylist since 2020. I like her. $37-40 with tip depending on how I feel and how much cash I have. I always tip in cash.

Yup. I have fairly short hair. maybe 15 minutes tops. the actual cutting probably took 2 minutes. it was literally a trim. |
Price sounds in the range. I'm sure it took more than 2 mins. It's not their fault you have an easy cut. Trims are the same price. |
