In any case their relative beauty and their ages don’t matter. Two people with mental health issues were far from home, living in a van amping up their issues. And now at least one of them is dead. It’s worse because it they could’ve intervened earlier — they had to have seen the issues — and stopped things from getting this far. I don’t care that they are internet fodder. They deserve it. All of what I said before is worse than whether Brian was bald. That is the comparison I was making. The couple’s looks don’t matter.

It's concerning they'd let this guy slip through surveillance. He's already committed murder. It's possible he could again. I can't believe he was allowed to roam free even if they couldn't yet pin him for murder. So you can be involved in the disappearance of another human being, but continue to move about freely until oh oops, we found her body and now we can't find the main suspect? This is such crappy police work. They had the ability to surveil him and they didn't.

We don’t know when he slipped away. Her parents did not report her as missing until two weeks after he supposedly returned to Florida. He could’ve disappeared anytime in those two weeks prior to her being reported missing. In that case no reason for the police to surveilled the house as there was no knowledge that she had gone missing.

He only got out of dodge because his parents are criminals willing to lie and cover for him. If he had been smart he wouldn’t have come home at all.

My DH started balding at the age of 19. People thought he was way older than me, when in reality he was 8 years younger than me. We've been together almost 20 years and people still think he is way older than me. It's just hair and genetics. I also have a friend whose hair went completely grey by the time he was in his early 20's (and he never died it, he just let nature take it's course and left it as is. His GF, now wife, didn't care at all). Love is not about looks...at least if it's lasting love (not saying this couple had lasting love or anything, as apparently they did NOT).

Agreed, though don't know if drivingt home was a smart move (may have needed to do it to obtain resources). It's amazing how many people talk to the police without asking for an attorney and end up digging themselves a hole or confessing, so apparently he knew enough not to do that.

What was his end game in this? Wouldn't he have looked less suspicious if he reported her missing? I realize that helps establish a time line and narrows the search, but it got narrowed pretty quickly anyways with the last known contact being Wyoming.

Totally agree that looks don’t matter. So many very shallow people are on this thread, saying Gabby didn’t deserve this because she’s “so pretty”! So an ugly woman would have deserved it? SMH.
