It’s an attempt to pump turnout of the MAGAs. I just checked 538 and Harris has MI, WI, PA , NH and Nevada. NC and Georgia are R by 1.

She was campaigning elsewhere and had a previous conflict. Harris gave her a shout out in her remarks.
