Apparently the Cohen petition was dismissed today.

People will have to unseat them at the ballot. Tholen, Omeish, and Cohen are each despicable. There's no bigger hypocrite than Tholen, no more anti-student member and captive of the teachers' unions than Cohen, and no one using their office more to engage in random acts of provocation in order to raise their profile than Omeish.

Nov 2023 is a LONG time from now. I fear that many Fairfax voters will forget the incredible failures of this Board and will 'go with what they know' and vote for incumbents.

Either her words were written for her by one of FCPS's outside attorneys or she doesn't know her colleague's first name after two years. Snicker.
